At BizMitra Solutions, we respect your privacy and provide a transparent process for managing and deleting your data. As a Meta WhatsApp Business API solution provider, we ensure that users have full control over the information processed through our CRM.
1. Types of Data We Collect
Through our CRM and WhatsApp API integration, we process:
User Account Information: Name, email, and business details.
WhatsApp Interaction Data: Phone numbers, message timestamps, and message status (delivered/read).
Meta Platform Data: App-scoped User IDs (ASID) and metadata provided via the WhatsApp Business API.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
We provide two primary methods for users to request the deletion of their data:
A. Automated Deletion (Meta App Dashboard)
If you have interacted with our services via a Meta platform (Facebook/WhatsApp), you can initiate a deletion request directly:
Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
Find BizMitra Solutions.
Click the Remove button.
This will trigger a request to our Data Deletion Callback URL, and your data will be processed for removal automatically.
B. Manual Request (Email)
You may also request data deletion by contacting our privacy team:

Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Business Name/Phone Number]
Processing Time: We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and complete the deletion of all personal data within 30 days.
3. Data Retained for Legal Compliance
In accordance with Indian law and Meta’s policies, some data may not be immediately deleted if it is required for:
Financial auditing or billing records.
Prevention of fraud or abuse.
Compliance with legal obligations under the IT Act or DPDP Act.
4. Confirmation of Deletion
Once your data has been purged from our active servers and backups, you will receive a confirmation email or a status code via the Meta platform confirming that the deletion is complete.
